Meet The Team

The management team is made up of 4 members of the family: Nathan, Kieran, Ross and Michele Simpson. (Helping us is 3 full time employees and our wives who make it all possible! Everyone at Binginbar Farms works together as a team and contributes ideas, muscle and sweat to create this unique business and product.

We focus on producing quality food and fibre! So, we hire experts to fill knowledge gaps in the team such as accountants, business coach’s, agronomists, nutritionists and marketers. If we are still missing something, we develop a relationship with another company to fill that gap. For example, Hitachi and BizCubed to supply the software system to track the individual lambs throughout our system and AxisTech who supplied and installed the IoT devices.
